The Client
Patrimonyo is a cloud-based wealth management service that supports financial advisors in managing and analyzing family assets in a simple and intuitive way.
The needs
Patrimonyo is a service aimed at supporting and assisting financial advisors in managing their clients’ family assets. The main requirements were to provide a system that allows saving all necessary data and facilitates the analysis of current and past situations, as well as the planning of future investment, saving, and management actions by the advisor.
Solution
The solution designed, in collaboration with the customer, is an online service that allows consultants to create projects connected to their customers. Each project represents a balance sheet, and collects all the necessary information, such as economic situation, securities and real estate, companies, banks, investments, credits and much more.
Once the project has been created through a set of dashboards, the consultant has the opportunity to monitor the client's situation by observing their income/expenses, assets/liabilities, asset reporting with breakdown by type, timing and volatility, social security and inheritance situations.
The system also allows the consultant to plan future activities by defining savings and investment objectives, with forecasts of asset trends based on the objectives set.

ASSET ANALYSIS
The platform allows advisors to create asset analysis projects through a guided procedure, managing versioning and enabling clients to directly access and review their situation via a multi-user system structured for both clients and advisors.
REPORTS AND DASHBOARDS
Each asset analysis project offers intuitive dashboards and dedicated screens that facilitate an immediate understanding of the client’s situation, including tools for asset reporting, retirement planning, and estate planning.
FORECAST TRENDS
The platform enables building a customized project by setting goals and managing key aspects such as liquidity, investments, and family protection, offering forecast calculations useful for simulating the future evolution of the client’s assets.
